Dr. Patricia Yik, BSc ND

Patti completed her Naturopathic medical studies at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine after obtaining her Bachelor of Sciences degree at the University of Toronto. She has been actively involved in school government and community activities and extends her dedication and leadership skills to her clinical practice. During her clinical year, Patti provided Naturopathic care for HIV patients at the Sherborne Health Centre, and was a member of the Robert Schad Naturopathic Clinic sports medicine group.

Patti is a keen follower of the Naturopathic philosophy to stimulate the healing power of the body and to treat the root cause of disease. In addition to incorporating the full spectrum of Naturopathic therapies to treat the individual patient, she has received additional training in Bowen therapy and Facial Rejeuvenation Acupuncture. Patti is an active member of the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors and the Alberta Association of Naturopathic Practitioners.

She has an avid interest in camping and sports, especially soccer and martial arts, and loves doing talks on various health-related conditions and issues.

Dr. Colin Race, MSc ND

Colin exhibits a passion for medicine and health. His goal is to teach and empower his patients and the public about healthy living, preventative medicine and the extraordinary value of Naturopathic medicine in the treatment of disease.

Before pursuing Naturopathic medicine, Colin earned a Bachelor of Science degree in chemistry and a Master of Science degree in organic chemistry. His studies also took him abroad to the University of Freiburg, Germany for one year.

Colin graduated from the Canadian College of Naturopathic medicine, having contributed to the school community through numerous endeavours, most notably in student government and various volunteer activities. He is an active member of the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors and the Alberta Association of Naturopathic Practitioners.

With a love for the outdoors that began as a young child, Colin regularly ventures into the mountains to reconnect with our beautiful natural surrouondings. He also enjoys playing guitar, cycling and participating in various sports.
